Many customers are gearing up (both literally and figuratively) for another successful school year, including purchasing cell phones for their children or themselves. Why not increase your sales by creating custom, ready-to-sell bundles that serve your customer’s specific needs?
Bundles, particularly well-curated ones, solve many customer concerns, particularly those of protection and preparedness. However, customers won’t buy what you don’t show them. Let the customer hold each accessory while you discuss the features and benefits.

Imagine the following customer and what bundle you might suggest:
Doug is a parent to three teenage girls. The girls feel that they should have phones so that they can text message all of their friends and use social media. His children want to have the newest technology and the coolest accessories. Doug has come in to add a new line for his youngest daughter. How would you attach a bundle or two to this purchase, and what would the bundle look like?
You might suggest a fashion case (in school colors), screen protection (for all the girls), a Powerocks Magic Stick, a Kenu car mount, car charger, and a fun, portable Boombotix speaker. This will satisfy Doug’s desire for a safe and secure phone, while keeping the girls happy with new and fun accessories.
It’s not enough to customize these bundles, you’ll need to know the features and benefits of the products in the bundles, so take the time to educate yourself, so you can give your customer the best possible items for their needs. Every bundle can benefit from a power pack (car charger, cable, and mobile charging solution) and screen protection, as those accessories help customers use their devices to the fullest.
Again, create these before the customers come in the door, and you’ll easily improve your attachment rate, create more opportunities to build relationships, and ensure continued satisfaction.
